How monitoring works (typical flow)

• Cameras/sensors trigger alert or operator observes abnormal activity on live feed.

• Operator verifies on video, makes log entry, and informs on‑site guard/supervisor or client contact.

• If required, operator/guard escalates to management and/or emergency services as per instructions.

Output and documentation

• Daily observation logs / incident report with time, location, brief details, and action taken.

• Footage review support for post-incident checking and evidence, if any incident happens.
